Terms of service

These terms apply when you book work with Mobile Tyres Service London. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Quotes and prices

• We confirm the price for the job before a fitter sets off. The price depends on the tyre, the work and your location.
• If we find something on arrival that changes the job (for example a tyre that cannot be safely repaired, or a missing locking wheel nut key), we will explain and agree any change in price with you before doing extra work.

Arrival times

We aim to reach emergency call-outs within 30 minutes, but arrival times depend on traffic, weather and where you are, so they are estimates rather than guarantees. We will keep you updated.

Your responsibilities

• Make sure the vehicle is somewhere it is safe and lawful for us to work, and that we have the keys and any locking wheel nut key.
• Tell us about anything that affects the job, such as run-flat tyres, TPMS sensors or previous damage.
• Where you are at the roadside, follow our fitter’s safety instructions.

Safety decisions

Our fitters will not repair a tyre that cannot be safely repaired, and may refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe. We will always explain why.

Tyres and guarantee

Every tyre we supply comes with a quality guarantee - ask for the terms when you book. Manufacturer warranties may also apply. The guarantee does not cover damage caused after fitting, such as punctures, kerb or pothole damage, incorrect pressures or misuse.

Cancellations

Please let us know as soon as possible if you no longer need us. If a fitter has already set off or tyres have been ordered specially for you, we may ask you to cover reasonable costs we have incurred.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is complete. We will tell you which payment methods we accept when you book.

Old tyres

Tyres we remove are taken away and recycled responsibly unless you ask to keep them.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
