We aim to reach you within 30 minutes of your call. The actual arrival time depends on traffic and your exact location, so give us your postcode and the road name when you call. While you wait, we send updates on WhatsApp so you know exactly when the fitter will arrive.
We cover London and nearby areas, including Norbury, Streatham, Croydon, Brixton, Tulse Hill, Dulwich, Bromley, Orpington, Sutton, Hounslow, Harrow, Hackney and Caterham, plus towns such as Epsom, Redhill and Slough. If your area is not listed, call us to check - we can often still come out to you.
Yes. We take emergency call-outs 24 hours a day, every day of the week, including bank holidays. Call 07448 162740, tell us where the car is and what has happened, and we send a fitter to you. You can also message us on WhatsApp at any time.
No. Driving on a flat tyre destroys the sidewall and can damage the wheel, brakes and suspension. It also makes the car harder to steer and stop. Pull over somewhere safe, switch on your hazard lights and call us - we come to you, so there is no need to drive anywhere.
Just the car keys and, if your car has them, the locking wheel nut key - usually in the glovebox or boot. Make sure we can reach the car safely. You do not need to be there the whole time, but most customers stay nearby to see the work.
We repair a puncture on site when the damage sits in the repairable part of the tread. Sidewall damage, large holes and most run-flat damage cannot be repaired safely, so we fit a replacement instead. We always show you the damage and explain why before any work starts.
Yes. We supply and fit tyres for cars, vans, SUVs and 4x4s, from city runarounds to premium and performance cars. Tell us your registration or tyre size when you call so we bring the right tyres, and let us know if your wheels have locking nuts.
Yes. We replace and programme tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) sensor valves using specialist diagnostic tools, so your dashboard reads correctly after the work. If the tyre pressure warning light stays on after you inflate the tyres, a faulty sensor may be the cause - we can check it for you.
The legal minimum for cars is 1.6 mm across the central three-quarters of the tread, all the way round the tyre. Driving below it can mean a fine of up to £2,500 and three penalty points per tyre. Many experts recommend replacing tyres at 3 mm.
Yes. Every tyre we supply comes with a quality guarantee. Ask us for the terms when you book, so you know exactly what is covered before we fit the tyre. Manufacturer warranties may also apply depending on the brand, and we are happy to explain the difference.
The price depends on your tyre size, the brand you choose and the job itself. Call or WhatsApp with your registration or tyre size for a clear quote before we set off. Ask about our price beating policy and our seasonal tyre change-over offer as well.
Yes, same-day fitting is available. If we need to order your tyre size in, we deliver and fit it the next day. Call with your registration or tyre size to check availability, and we will book a time that suits you at home, at work or at the roadside.
Fitting one tyre usually takes around 20 to 30 minutes once the fitter is with your car, and a full set of four about an hour. That includes removing the old tyre, fitting a new valve, balancing the wheel, setting the pressure and torquing the wheel nuts.
Yes. We remove your old tyres during the fitting and recycle them responsibly, so you do not need to arrange disposal or take them to a tip yourself. It is all part of the fitting service, so there is nothing to store and nothing left behind on your drive.
