  • Vehicle details such as registration, make, model and tyre size.
  • Details of the work done, prices and payment records.

How we use it and our lawful basis

  • To quote for and carry out the work you ask for - necessary to perform a contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering into one.
  • To keep financial records - to comply with our legal obligations (for example tax and accounting rules).
  • To deal with questions, complaints and guarantee claims - our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.

Who we share it with

We only share your information where needed to provide our service, for example with:

  • WhatsApp (Meta) if you choose to message us on WhatsApp;
  • our website form provider, which delivers form submissions to us by email;

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses) are in place.

How long we keep it

We keep job and payment records for six years to meet tax and accounting rules. Enquiries that don’t lead to a job are deleted within 12 months.

You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, contact us using the details above. We will reply within one month.
